Intense extraction with multiple pump-overs during the fermentation and maceration periods. Malolactic fermentation followed by an early bottling to conserve the natural fruit flavours. Aging in stainless steel.
Colour: A deep red colour.
Nose: A deep, full, spicy and long lasting wine with blackurrant and undergrowth aromas.
Recommendations: This wine is the perfect association for a Burito or beef Satay. A daring match with Pecking duck. A classic food pairing with a T-Bone steak or hard cheeses.
