The Soan papadi had a crisp and flaky texture as well as soft enough to melt in your mouth. We were pleasantly surprised not to find a rubbery or chewy like a lot of some other readymade brands. Haldiram's Soan Papdi has an aromatic cardamom flavors, which is somewhat unique for this type of dessert. Soan Papadi were garnished with just the right amount of pistachios and almond flakes.
