Description

Good every-night shiraz for casual meals. Medium weight, supple and fairly dense, with generous black cherry, clove and a touch of eucalyptus. Softness and warmth mid-palate, with a leaner, spicy, earthy finish.

Colour: Deep plum with purple hues Bouquet: Ripe blueberry, dark cherry and Satsuma plum fruit aromas combined with liquorice, chocolate and black pepper spice with a hint of sweet vanillin oak Palate: Soft, round and full bodied with rich plum, mulberry fruit complexed by aniseed, vanilla and clove spice. Seamless and well integrated with its fine tannins, balanced acidity, generous length and lingering finish. Food: Roast beef, rack of lamb with balsamic and rosemary reduction, grilled vegetables with pesto, hard cheese.
